On Monday December 11, Ray-Tech Infrared hosted a Technical Training Day for two of our dealers.
BKBC Machinery LLC of Oak Ridge, NJ and Ambrose Equipment Co. of Hooksett, NH and Plainville, MA were both involved in the training session. In attendance were Owners, Operations Managers, Sales Representatives and Mechanics. They were given the opportunity to go over our various models of equipment as well as get hands-on with specific components of those machines. We discussed the common uses of different models and our technicians were able to explain the technical aspects of operation and maintenance.
Future training sessions will be scheduled as more dealers come on board. Our goal is to educate their sales reps and get their mechanics to the point of being able to service their customers machines with ease.
