All-In-One Powerhouse

The Ray-Tech model 2 Ton Combo is an all-in-one solution to almost any asphalt problems. This heavy duty dual axle trailer features an 8′ Wide x 6′ Long heater on the rear and a 2 ton hot box / reclaimer on the front. This unit comes ready to tackle the toughest jobs and can be upgraded further with a number of different options if needed.

• 6 – 8 minute average heating time (for full depth, even heats)

• Powerful 24V brushless blower motors

• 24V electrical system fed by eight 6V batteries w/ chargers for overnight charging

• Heavy duty winch to raise and lower heater

• 2 Ton capacity hot box capable of maintaining asphalt temperature as well as reclaiming cold material to workable temps

Conditions: Show Floor pricing is only valid on units in our booth at PAVE/X 2026 that are not already sold. Purchase and payment in full must be made prior to the end of the show (Thursday February 12 at 12PM). Buyer will be responsible for removal of the unit from the trade show floor after show ends and any transportation costs (freight from trade show will be buyer responsibility). Ray-Tech can provide temporary plate for transport if necessary. All other applicable documents will be completed and mailed the week of February 16th.
