Truck Mounted Combos
TMV 2
The Ray-Tech TMV 2 is the smallest of our line of truck mounted combos. It consists of a 2 ton reclaimer and a 6’L x 8’W heating chamber.
The TMV 2 features a 6’L x 8’W infrared heating chamber mounted on the rear of a customer supplied truck chassis and a 2 ton reclaimer mounted behind the truck cab. Our TMV models are completely self-contained and are a great addition for any size company.
- Time Delay System (TDS) – Preset the time that the reclaimer will turn on automatically.
- Hand Tool Storage Bin – Expanded metal tray to hold rakes, shovels, lutes, etc.
- 12V LED Work Lights – 12V LED work lights mounted above chamber and on both sides of reclaimer.
- LED Arrow Stik Light Bar – LED light bar with control module showing flash pattern being used.
- Double Receiver Trailer Hitch – Heavy duty double receiver hitch with pintle and 2 5/16″ ball combo.
- Water Tank – 35 gallon water tank mounted on raised platform and plumbed to valve for garden hose attachment.
- Aluminum Wind Guards – Set of wind guards to protect against wind or burning of nearby grass, plantings, vehicles, buildings, etc.
- Hydraulic Top Loading Doors – Top loading doors to open hydraulically instead of manually.
- Hydraulic Shovel Doors – Shovel doors to open hydraulically instead of manually.
- Hydraulic Chamber Lift – Raise and lower chamber hydraulically instead of with electric winch.
- Extra Capacity Propane Tanks – Two 100 gallon propane tanks to replace standard five 100 lb cylinders. (Requires HAZMAT placards)
- Two 24V blower motors.
- Easy manual ignition with a customer supplied hand held torch.
- Completely stainless steel heating chamber.
- Heavy duty Ray-Tech manufactured electric winch to raise and lower chamber.
- Ray-Tech unique heating converters for fastest and most efficient heating.

TMV 3
