Fusion MT (Manual Tow)

The Ray-Tech Fusion MT is a trailer mounted joint heating unit featuring a 15″W x 12’L heating chamber. This is our only joint heating model that can be registered and towed down the road.

The Fusion MT features a 15″W x 12’L heating chamber mounted on a trailer frame with a single rear axle. The trailer can be registered for road use and is ideal for any size paving job from parking lots to airports and highways. There is a rear ball hitch that can allow for more than one Fusion MT to be towed in tandem on the jobsite.

The Ray-Tech Fusion Seamless is the heating component of our train joint heating system. This unit features a 15″W x 12’L heating chamber on a tow behind frame.

The Fusion Seamless features a 15″W x 12’L heating chamber mounted on a tow behind frame with six wheels. The trailer is configured with ball hitches and receivers on either end to hook multiple Fusion Seamless or Fusion Reflector units end to end to form a heating train during paving.

The Ray-Tech Fusion Reflector is the non-heating component of our train joint heating system. This unit features a 15″W x 12’L reflector chamber on a tow behind frame.

The Fusion Reflector features a 15″W x 12’L reflector chamber mounted on a tow behind frame with six wheels. The trailer is configured with ball hitches and receivers on either end to hook multiple Fusion Seamless or Fusion Reflector units end to end to form a heating train during paving. The main goal of the reflector is to hold heat down onto the asphalt just after a Fusion Seamless has passed over that area heating it.
