Parts & Service

     Our parts department is second to none! We keep a large number and variation of parts in stock to ensure that we have what you need, when you need it. Normally in stock parts ship same day when orders are received by 3pm eastern standard time. At the same time, we stock only the best quality parts available for our infrared units. In addition to Ray-Tech units, we also stock parts for Poweray Infrared equipment.

 

     On the service end, our factory trained technicians are available 7:00am to 5:00pm eastern standard time Monday through Friday to diagnose your problems and get you back to work! If your equipment isn't doing what it should be doing, we aren't happy. The only Ray-Tech equipment that should be in use is that which is working 100%, so if you have a problem give us a call at 1-800-884-2072 and we will walk you through the trouble. If you would like to bring us your equipment to look over and repair, give us a call and we would be glad to set up a time in which to do so.

     

     If you own equipment that isn't Ray-Tech manufactured, don't hesitate to call us. One of our representatives would be happy to talk with you about what an upgrade to Ray-Tech Infrared Equipment can do for your company!

 

Remember, other parts may resemble ours, but only Ray-Tech has the OEM parts that can get your equipment running to peak performance!
